Description
Dorchester Town Council are inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified builders to be invited to tender for a proposed small, circa 16m 2 , single storey office extension. Works will comprise interpretation of drawings , excavation and pouring of foundations, blockwork, brickwork, installation of windows, roof (truss and tiled) roof water drainage including installation of small soakaway. Internal works to comprise (but not restricted exclusively to) demolition of some existing internal features and extensions and modifications to existing plumbing, drainage , heating, lighting and electrical systems. Internal finishes including ceilings and dry lining of walls , installation of cupboards and units, final decoration. Supply and on site management of all labour and supply of all materials.
