Turning Point are the existing providers of the current Integrated substance misuse treatment service across LLR. The PCC will be commissioning specific criminal justice service elements. These specific service elements include; PAVE, Custody and Out of Court Disposals. A separate procurement process will be commenced imminently to procure these criminal justice service elements.
