Durham County Council holds the budget for the regional Integrated Care System (ICS) Population Health and Prevention Board (PHPB) The board has approved continuation funding for the post of Smokefree Strategic NHS Manager and deliverables of this post. This post is hosted by County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust (CDDFT) within the Fresh and Balance Service.
