Construction of Industrial Analysis Laboratory

Description

The objective of this ITT is to identify a contractor that has the relevant experience, skillset & capacity to design and build the new facilities.\r \r The new Industrialisation Analysis laboratory Area will enable UK BIC to conduct Quality Control checks on materials/products manufactured and will consist of the below rooms \r \r • Forensics (FOR)\r • Characterisation (CHAR)\r • Coating and Assembly (CAA)\r • Chemical and Physical Processing (CPPRO)\r • Electrochemistry (ELC)\r • Support Office (SO)c\r \r The design of IAL has been developed to RIBA Stage 3 and all associated drawings and specifications are included within the tender pack and will be procured on a single stage design and build basis.
