At the end of the 4 year term of the framework, Community Housing reserve the right to extend the framework for a further 12 months. The purpose of the potential extension is to allow for the completion of related follow-on projects.

Description
Community Housing is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced Suppliers to deliver Development and/or Consultancy services under this multi-lot 5 year framework (4yrs with an optional 1 year extension).
This framework seeks to offer the benefits of best practice in contract delivery and collaborative working practices for Community Housing and other Authorised Users of the framework. The framework is to operate across Worcestershire and the West Midlands and will be open to all UK public sector bodies (and others as detailed in the procurement documents) to access via an Access Agreement between Community Housing, the Supplier and Pretium Frameworks Ltd, who Community Housing has appointed to administer the framework on their behalf.

Work under this lot is for Construction and Development Work up to £4m and Community Housing considers that this lot may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SME's), However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Additional information: Lot 1 is envisaged to be particularly suitable for SME Contractors.
