Advance Sheffield City Region (SCR)- Mental Health First Aider Training (MHFA England). There is a requirement for a provider to deliver training/courses online and face-to-face, with an aim to develop an understanding of; common mental health issues, advocate mental health awareness, spot signs of mental ill health and skills to support positive wellbeing for oneself and others. With the following outcomes: understanding of people's mental health and factors that affect wellbeing, skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues, support a person in distress, interpersonal skills, help a person recover their health , support a person to thrive, and tools to look after ones own wellbeing. This project is part funded by the European Social Fund.
