A The work comprises the replacement of all private flat and communal windows that do not form part of the protected stairwell to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors, along with other external decoration and minor repairs as detailed below, at St Theresa Court Plymouth.\r The window replacement will involve making good to the decoration internally, removal of the existing external window boxes , making good any masonry repairs as required and making good to the internal window revels and over cladding the existing cills.\r B The work involves work to and within existing occupied dwellings and costs will be deemed to include for working under such conditions.\r Note that a number of the residents have enhanced medical needs and as such additional restriction on working hours maybe imposed in some of the flats, allowance should be made for working out of sequence to accommodate such instances.
