Description

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (the Council) are looking to appoint a supplier for the provision of Parking Enforcement & Operations services. Services include: - Civil Parking Enforcement - Moving Traffic Enforcement, including provision of ANPR camera equipment, fixed and mobile - Consideration of informal appeals, and support in consideration of formal representations - Representing the Council at tribunals - Customer Service, responding to complaints, supporting in responding to corporate complaints, Elected Member and Members of Parliament enquiries - Operation of the off street parking estate - Parking Permit Administration - Bailiff and Debt Recovery It is anticipated that dialogue will focus on the following topics: - Deployment Plan - Recruitment & Retention - Customer Service - Technology & Innovation - Fixed and Variable Costs - Performance and Default - Social Value - Terms and Conditions The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge at www.procontract-due-north.com The proposed duration of the contract will be an initial term of seven (7) years with the option to extend the contract for up to a maximum of three (3) years.
