The aim of this project is to create comprehensive maps of development within 10 km of the Humber Estuary Special Protection Area (SPA) to provide an overview of changes and trends in land use and availability of potential functionally linked land. This will involve creating maps of where and when new development (as defined in the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended)) (excluding householder applications under permitted development rights) has occurred outside existing urban areas within a 10 km radius of the Humber Estuary since designation of the SPA in 2007. The maps should also include key information, as outlined in the Project Specification. The results will be included in a written summary report and findings will also be communicated via a 1-hour webinar (or similar) for the Natural England project steering group and other interested parties. The contract is anticipated to start on 04/09/2023 for a period of approximately 6 months, until 29/02/2024. Additional information: To apply for this opportunity you must submit your quotation meeting the requirements detailed in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) attached. Your response must be sent to [email protected] by 09:00 on 21/08/2023.
