Description

Horley Town Council is inviting early engagement from RIBA qualified architects to manage a proposed small, single storey office extension to the town council offices. It is expected that a tender for this service will be posted on Contracts Finder later this year. At this stage we are testing the market to gauge market interest. 
Works will comprise interpretation of drawings, installation of new windows, car parking extension, solar panels and battery storage, new EV charging points and the requirement to prepare a planning application. Internal works will (but not restricted exclusively to) require demolition of some existing internal walls and modifications to existing plumbing, drainage, heating, lighting and electrical systems. Internal finishes including ceilings and dry lining of walls , installation of cupboards and units, final decoration. The role will include on site management of all labour and supply of all materials.
