Planned Maintenance Works to the Ground Floor of Six High Rise Buildings\r \r Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Planned Maintenance Works to the Ground Floor of Six High Rise Buildings.\r \r The Client wishes to appoint a Contractor to undertake the refurbishment works of Six High Rise Buildings (Blocks of flats) The works will be carried out to the ground floor communal areas to include decoration, repairs and replacement of fire doors, repairs to existing flooring and the application of an epoxy resin flooring system. \r Special attention is drawn to the continued occupation of areas within the building, works will take place within designated fire escape routes and high foot traffic areas. \r The main contract services shall include (but not be limited to) the following:\r • Disposal of waste material and arising spoil from site\r • Builders work and making good in connection with the works\r • Internal Decoration \r • External Decoration\r • Flooring Refurbishment \r • Carpentry \r • Industrial Cleaning\r • Fire Stopping service penetrations \r • Documentation\r \r \r The initial contract term will be for 6 months with no option to extend as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is approximately £120,000.00 across the contract term.\r \r Full details relating to the works are provided in the tender documents.\r \r To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team [email protected]\r \r Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal, including the project reference and title clearly in the Subject title, by the \r 18-11-2022, 1400 hrs UK Local time.
