We are seeking to appoint an agency with the following experience: - To provide high quality and consistent Welsh translation from English language to Welsh language using high-calibre translators - Capacity to deliver translated content to agreed lead times without compromising quality, including occasional fast-turnaround emergency work (for example swift response letters to stakeholders) - Understanding and experience of providing translation services for the health and care sector involving use of appropriate language, nuance, and sensitivity according to audience needs - Responsive customer service and project management - Providing translation in accordance with brand and tone of voice guidelines - Working with confidential information ensuring appropriate data protection measures and with an aligned safeguarding policy - Flexibility to work with different formats (eg: predominantly Word documents but also pdfs, InDesign files, Adobe Premier etc). Your Quotation including pricing shall remain unchanged and valid for us to accept for at least 90 calendar days from the Quotation Submission Deadline.
