Provision of a Fleet Management System

Description

Warrington Borough Council invites tenders for the provision of a fleet management system (FMS) delivered as a hosted secure software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that stores and manages all the assets of the Council's fleet of vehicles. The FMS to include functionality to support (but not limited to): - Lifecycle history from purchase to disposal. - Asset details. - Statutory dates. - Maintenance history. - Maintenance scheduling. - Workshop jobs. - Parts and stores materials management. - Fuel management (importing fuel transaction data). - Insurance details and accident management. - Management of hired assets. - Reporting and analytics. - Internal recharge and invoice facility. Services shall include the supply of software, implementation, data migration from the legacy system, hosting, support and maintenance services in accordance with the Council's specification of requirements for the new FMS.
