The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Customer") utilising Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation ("ESPO") Framework for Parking Management Solutions - Lot 4 Civil Enforcement Systems is prepared to receive tenders for the procurement of a Notice Processing System (the "System") which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The Customer's Parking Services Team have approval to procure the supply and implementation of an the "System. This will replace the current Notice Processing System. The System will enable effective management and control of the notice process end to end, where possible being automated and integrate with the Customer's back-office case management, payment, and 3rd Party systems. The objective of the project is to improve the Customer's overall performance on Notice Processing by efficiency and quality improvements. Additional information: no additional details
