The scope of the Contract is the provision of Day to Day Repairs Works to approximately 1,300 properties located across the following WATMOS Community Homes Estates in Lambeth, London: • Ethelred Estate • Magdalen Estate • Thorlands Estate The Works includes Damp and Mould Works and Disrepair Claims Works.
