This scope of works to deliver a damp and mould assessment, monitoring and treatment service on behalf of Eastlight Community Homes. Delivering a quality resident experience which meets all compliance and data protection regulations. Delivering advice and education on how to keep their home mould free. The volume of work will be partly reactive, based on customer demand and partly proactive based on Eastlights architype knowledge. General Matters Eastlight is looking for a service provider to deliver a full Professional Service to treat, monitor and report on damp and mould in domestic occupied and void properties in our operational area. The contractor will be expected to manage and supervise cases including all related administration, notifications to statutory bodies and the provision of information. In one 6 month period, approximately 1,400 cases were identified as requiring on site assessment in relation to damp and condensations and 350 require external review. These numbers are for information only and do not guarantee the actual level of referrals or works likely to be required under this contract.
