NOTE: This notice was updated on 08 September 2023 for the following reason: Due to unforeseen circumstances surrounding vacant possession of the site, Star Housing are ceasing the tender process for this project. It is currently envisaged that the project will be back out to tender in January 2024(The demolition of existing dwellings and the design and construction of 12Nr 1B2P flats, 14Nr 2B3P houses and 6Nr 3B5P houses, together with all external works and services at Fairfields Close, Gobowen. Contractor's will be required to carry out a relocation of an existing substation on the site before the construction works can commence. All works to be managed by the contractor and carried out in accordance with SPEN requirements. Works to the latest building regulations incorporating air source heat pump heating system. Demolition surveys are currently being produced on the properties to be demolished. The surveys will be issued as tender addendums during the tender period. Target Start Date for Electrical Diversion Works: December 2023 Target Start for construction works: June 2024 Target completion date: May 2025)
