The Get set for Surgery (GSFS), Formerly the Waiting Well, Program and Hub System is a platform designed to improve the patient experience by streamlining the process of managing appointments and communication. Phase 2 of the system aims to enhance the existing functionality of the Central Hub by introducing new features such as letter templates, appointment booking capabilities, and additional patient data management tools. The system will now form an End-to-End process for the GSFS program allowing the local hubs to manage their patients that have been referred and are engaged with the service.
