Hillingdon is looking to appoint the services of experienced contractor to undertake flood risk reductions works at Cranford Park Estate located within the London Borough of Hillingdon. All works are to be practically completed by 31st March 2024. The project is in collaboration with Groundworks and Metis and is funded by the GLA. The works will be conducted under a JCLI under a Landscape Works Contract 2017 (JCLI LWC 2017). Please refer to our tender portal, www.capitalesourcing.com to register and access for the full suite of tender documents. Additional information: I would confirm that the London Borough of Hillingdon is inviting all interested organisations to tender through the Council's nominated electronic tendering portal, www.capitalesourcing.com Please register on the above portal where the tender documents for this project can be downloaded. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to award any contract pursuant to this procurement exercise and / or abandon this procurement exercise at any time and / or award a contract for part of the services at its sole discretion. The Contracting Authority shall have no liability whatsoever to any applicant or tenderer as a result of its exercise of that discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, all costs incurred by any applicant and / or tenderer before signature of any contract with the Contracting Authority shall be incurred entirely at that applicants / tenderers risk.
