Fylde Council currently uses the Civica APP (Flare) information management system to support the work of a range of service areas including environmental, housing, waste and recycling, and customer services. The Council are looking to procure a new ICT system which will cover the following functions:\r \r Environmental health (Food Safety, Health & Safety, Licensing, Environmental Protection, Community Enforcement, Dog Warden Service)\r Housing (Housing Standards and Disabled Facilities Grants) \r Customer Services\r Waste and Recycling Services\r \r Further information is provided in the statement of requirements which can be obtained by expressing interest to the opportunity at https://procontract.due-north.com/Opportunities/.
