Agreement for the reservation of manufacturing capacity and production and supply of influenza pandemic specific vaccine during a pandemic. Additional information: The contract has the option to be extended for up to 6 years in fixed increments of 2 years at a time (i.e. 4+2+2+2). The total contract term including any extensions will not exceed 10 years. Information on the contract value has been withheld pursuant to regulation 50(6)(b) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) so as not to prejudice the legitimate commercial interests of the supplier. The contract is for the benefit of the Authority & NHS bodies along with any other non-NHS bodies which are necessary for the delivery of services or goods to NHS bodies, local authorities, other government departments & their executive agencies or non-departmental public bodies charged with the delivery of healthcare or health related services in the United Kingdom, Crown Dependencies & British Overseas Territories including without limitation, the National Assembly for Wales, the Northern Ireland Assembly, and Scottish Ministers. The resulting products delivered against the contract may be made available to the UK devolved administrations, Crown Dependencies & British Overseas Territories to undertake their respective vaccination programmes.
