The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to enter into a Contract for the delivery of next phase of new Changing Places Modular units at Richardson Dees Park and Rising Sun Country Park in North Tyneside to assist with the delivery of the Authoritys capital investment plan\r The Authority and their representatives will be Employer and Principal Contractor and the successful Tenderer will be a Contractor\r \r Commencement of the Works are to be November 2023 subject to instruction from the client\r Due to funding the Changing Places Units MUST be installed by 30 January 2024\r \r The Authority requires a Changing Places unit at each site which are to be installed and fabricated in accordance with the following Changing Places The Practical Guide British Standard\r The full details of the units and requirements are included in the Tender documents\r \r The successfully awarded Contractor will be required to work together with North Tyneside Council the Authority to drive improvements and support the aims and ambitions of the Contract\r \r Interested bidders must access the Tender documents for further information which are available to download immediately in the NEPO Portal after registering an interest via the link below \r Unregistered bidders will be redirected to a registration page registration is free \r Further details are provided on the technical drawings within the Tender documents Additional information: Additional Information Award Criteria The full detail's of the award criteria are included in the Tender Documents Duration The initial contract is for 3 months with no options to extend Accessing Tender documents Interested Suppliers must access the Tender documents for further information, which are available to download immediately in the NEPO Portal after registering an interest via the link below.
