Description

Framework call-off from Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium (SUPC) Ref: LIB4054 SU. For the supply of: Serials, Periodicals, Journals and related subscription Services. Following the buyers guide award options, a desktop calculator exercise was undertaken to support a direct award to EBSCO, as the most economically advantageous supplier. The supply of electronic Serials, Journals and associated services, via Subscription Agent, including domestic and overseas material from any Publisher or 3rd party willing to trade via the Supplier. This includes, but is not limited to: o Current and back-issues of periodicals, newspapers, and annuals (conference proceedings, reports, yearbooks, etc) o Journals, memoirs, proceedings, transactions, and other similar publications of societies o Numbered monographic series o Databases (including e-book content) o Membership subscriptions Also any additional services that relate to the supply and management of subscription resources, such as usage analytics tools and Open Access publishing services. This is framework call-off is for a 2 year contract with the option, at the discretion of the university, to extend a further 2 years.
