VTF Lab Information Management System Licences 23/24

Description

To complement the Lab Information Management System implementation, UKHSA requires 35 concurrent user licences. UKHSA already has these perpetual licences pre-paid as they were purchased for use at Rosalind Franklin Laboratory but were surplus to requirements. These licences are to be transferred to MIG-VTF for use. To activate the licences the support/maintenance costs must be back-paid from their expiry in May 2023 and paid ahead for the year to come. Due to revenue recognition regulations, Thermofisher has indicated that they are unable to incorporate the cost of these licences into the quote for the Laboratory Information Management System purchase and implementation and therefore they must be purchased separately.
