The Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) along with The National Lottery Community Fund (TNLCF) is commissioning an evaluation of the 'Million Hours Fund' (MHF). This fund is £22m in total, with DCMS committing £11m in funding and TNCLF match funding another £11m.
