Description

The scope of the Contract is to provide a secure, off-site storage solution for confidential files created by the Motiv8 Programme. The Programme is funded by European Social Fund (ESF) and The National Lottery Community Fund. As part of the funding agreement, Jigsaw Homes Tameside as the Lead Delivery Partner is required to hold paper copies of all participant files, records of all delivery partner claims and claims to The National Lottery Community Fund until - 31 March 2034 . The estimated number of boxes requiring storage is 100, each measuring 284mm x383mm x252mm. The duration of the Contract shall be 11 years. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The procurement is administered on behalf of Jigsaw Homes Tameside by Clarity Procurement Solutions Limited
