The Council wishes to invite tenders for the supply of goods and services in respect of an eLearning platform and Learning Management System for Melton Borough Council (MBC), Charnwood Borough Council (CBC) and North West Leicestershire District Council (NWLDC).\r \r Three (3) Leicestershire councils known as Melton Borough Council (MBC), Charnwood Borough Council (CBC) and North West Leicestershire District Council (NWLDC) are looking to consolidate and upgrade their eLearning platforms and Learning Management System (LMS) with the primary purpose to share and provide general mandatory/statutory training, business skills and development for their people across a single platform.\r \r The intention of this procurement exercise is to identify a provider who can meet our requirements and enter into a 3 year agreement with an option to extend by a further 12 months based on successful annual review of the solution. \r \r The system will be a cloud-based Learning Management System which will house, deliver and track training for staff to ensure that the councils can meet their demands around compliance of mandatory training but also development of knowledge and skills across the whole workforce. \r
