This is a framework contract for Hard Landscaping including Civil Engineering Works. This will predominantly be for projects above £25k, however, on occasion, smaller works may be required to be completed. Most hard landscaping and civil engineering works are expected to be within our current grounds and shall be a mixture of refurbishment and reactive maintenance repairs. In addition, new hard landscaping and civil engineering projects may also be required. This will include the removal of existing landscaping, paving, road surfaces and protection of remaining landscaping and vegetation prior to work commencing; preparation of work area; and removal and suitable disposal of any items that need to be replaced. Typical works will include, but are not limited to, the installation and refurbishment of the following: • Kerbs/Edgings/ChanneIs/Paving Accessories • Granular Sub-bases to Roads/Pavings • Coated Macadam/Asphalt Road • Interlocking Brick/Block • Slab/Brick/Sett/Cobble Paving • Fencing • Barriers/Guardrails • Site/Street furniture/Equipment
