This tender was in relation to the University of Southampton seeking to engage a contractor to conduct the internal refurbishment of a Sports Pavilion at its Wide Lane, Southampton site. There is a large ground level car park to the front and side of the Pavilion building. To the south of the pavilion there are fenced off tennis courts. There are trees on site which are to be maintained
