GB-London: Job Evaluation System for use at IWM - Award Notice

Description

IWM wishes to select and appoint a suitable Successful Bidder for the provision for a Job Evaluation System. The successful supplier is required to train our HR personnel to be able to use the systems capabilities to manage job architecture, job evaluations, internal and external benchmarking and reporting with minimal third-party support. The successful supplier is also required, as requested, to support our HR personnel by providing advice and guidance on the use of the systems and mechanisms to ensure the technology remains usable and operable throughout the duration of the contract. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
