Solent NHS Trust HARD FM Provision for IoW - market engagement

Developments within the Trust has created a need for a Contractor to provide the IoW Hard FM services provision. There are circa 7 freehold properties that are currently managed by the IoW Estates team. These properties vary in size and uses and are part of the IoW Trust portfolio. Our Hard FM requirements are as follows: • Helpdesk function • Reactive maintenance • Statutory and compliance maintenance • Planned preventative maintenance. • Authorised person and competent person reporting ( • Fully managed buildings 6 of which are health and the 7 is a mental health care facility, which is a secure building. • Managed hard FM service - asset list and full specification will be provided as part of the tender pack. We will be working to SFG20 standards. Solent NHS Trust is using the Crown Commercial Service RM6264 Facilities Management and Workplace Services DPS as the route to market.
