THIS IS A CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE This was a procurement conducted via the Crown Commercial Services Digital Outcomes 6 framework agreement. The FRC requires user research services throughout the CODEx viewer project, in compliance with the UK government service manual (https://www.gov.uk/service-manual/user-research).
