EOI Pre-Market Engagement - Provision of GP Cover for intermediate care Additional information: The aim of Intermediate Care is to provide integrated services that promote faster recovery from illness, prevent avoidable acute hospital admissions, support timely discharge and maximize independent living. We require GP support to support 10 intermediate care beds at Alderidge court; (However, this is subject to change dependent on future tender processes. We are in contract with Alderidge Court until March 2025) Included in this medical cover are the following stipulations: 1. One Medical ward round conducted per week by General Practitioner 2. Telephone access to GP 3. GP written notes in SAP paperwork 4. Appropriate level of cover and measure of response 5.
