We will shortly be going to market for remedial works to a high-rise block in South West London which requires cladding remediation works. The block has achieved an EWS B2 rating meaning remedial works are required to achieve an adequate standard of safety. We are looking to achieve a B1 rating meaning an adequate standard of safety has been achieved. EWS works are fairly substantial and need to be undertaken whilst residents are in situ. Remedial works will take approximately 10 months and will include: o Replacement of high-pressure laminate panels o Timber decking and cavity barrier improvements
