Air Handling Unit AHU is a piece of equipment that handles, conditions, and circulates air in a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system (HVAC). Filters are located in these systems and require regular replacement. Ventilation is the process of allowing fresh air to get into a room or building. Air extraction remove moist or polluted air, typically from kitchens, bathrooms, theatres and wards to the outside.

Above & Below Ground Drainage / Public Health associated supply and waste water treatment and works. This must include use of A/BGD CCTV Surveying Services and Reporting. Emergency Services associated with waste water & tanker suction and pumping out equipment.

(National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting) Electrical Installation is a term that refers to the installation, periodic inspection, repair, alteration, and maintenance of fixed electrical equipment (including Fixed Wire Testing) and associated wiring and distribution in connection with Healthcare Regulated premises.
