Derby City Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish a contract for the modernisation of the existing passenger lift at Perth House, Athlone Close, Derby DE21 4BP. The procurement process adopted by the Council is based on a restricted quote as detailed in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The contract period is estimated at one (1) year and thirteen (13) weeks; the contract is estimated to commence on 18th March 2024 and expire on 17th June 2025. Please note suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation must do so by 15:00 on Wednesday 24th January 2024.
