Ark is procuring a group wide Human Capital Management solution to facilitate our strategic aims of managing our workforce more effectively, driving self-service, providing a firm foundation for growth and discovering actionable insight from our people data. Ark is seeking a comprehensive solution that meets all our requirements. However, we are open to considering tightly integrated products from established partnerships that minimise duplication of entry.
