Geospatial Technology and Analysis for National Education Nature Park The Secretary of State announced two important initiatives on Youth Empowerment Day at the climate summit (COP26) on 5th November 2021; the National Education Nature Park and the Climate Leaders Award. Their collective aim is to give children and young people the skills, knowledge and love of nature that will help equip them for their future studies and careers in a world where climate change and our resilience to it is becoming a reality. The Park will help to increase biodiversity and engage young people in nature whilst developing their skills in working with nature, analysis, and spatial mapping. The Park will provide access to a digital hub - where teachers, children, and young people can readily access learning resources and details of activities they can participate in, making connections to the stakeholders
