The National Audit Office (NAO) has is seeking a supplier who can consult on the valuation of provisions for compulsory purchase orders of land and property along the proposed High Speed Two route in support of our 2023-24 audit work on the Department for Transport (DfT) Group accounts. The contract is anticipated to commence in February 2024 and with a desired completion date by late June 2024, with early delivery preferred. There is an option to extend for a further year. The estimated value of the contract is £45,000 excluding VAT, but no guarantee is given as to the actual value of the contract.
