Architectural Services Appointment

Tender Clarification Number 10 following tender query. Q1. Project Lead (Appendix B2 1.7) - is this an independent PM or the client? The Lead designer is in the DRM noted as the architect but are there elements of the work where lead designer is someone else? A1. We have a notice out for a PM / CA role across workstreams CH1, CH2, BP1, HR1, AC1 as a separate appointment. For the other workstreams the Client will be directly Project Managing. The Architect is generally the Lead designer as defined in the ITT / Scope of Services. Exception will be workstreams HR1 and HR2 where the MEPH Consultant will be the Lead (due to the focus on heating and renewables).
