The purpose of this preliminary market engagement notice is to initiate market engagement, and it is not being used as a call for competition. This notice follows on from the original Generation 2 Wave 3 Market Engagement notice issued by IfATE on the 3rd September 2024, governed by the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016. Notice identifier: 2024/S 000-028038 and OCID reference: ocds-h6vhtk-049779. 1. Inform the market of the upcoming procurement process for the Generation 2, Wave 3 T Levels, being commissioned by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) (and therefore enable the market/potential suppliers to begin to plan for this); and 2. Advise as to the upcoming market engagement event via Microsoft Teams week commencing 31st March 2025 which will include a presentation (please note this is subject to change). There will also be one to one sessions offered where suppliers can meet the Commercial team and ask further questions. This notice is in respect of the below T Levels; -Maintenance, Installation and Repair for Engineering and Manufacturing -Engineering, Manufacturing, Process and Control -Design and Development for Engineering and Manufacturing -Management and Administration -Finance -Accounting This procurement, when launched, will be governed by the Procurement Act 2023, as defined at Section 8 of the Act, to the extent that the same apply to services which such contract (or contracts) would relate.
