Please note that this opportunity replaces the tender titled: Digital Board Software - Tender Exercise, published on 27 November 2023, which was abandoned due to the reconsideration of the SSRO's requirements for the provision of digital board software. For ease of reference, the elements of the tender documents which have been revised are: SSRO-C-127 ITT Digital Board Software - paragraphs 3.4, 3.5, 4.4 and 4.15 SSRO-C-127 Digital Board Software - Appendix 1 Specification - Section 4 - SSRO ICT and Security Requirements SSRO-C-127 Appendix 2 - Response to Tender Questions - Question 5 SSRO-C-127 Appendix 4 - Terms and Conditions - paragraph 4.13 The SSRO is seeking to appoint a Digital Board Software and associated software support services provider. The scope of this procurement includes provision of a Digital Board Software package, the development and administration of the system and end user training and ongoing support. It also covers the management and security of the SSRO's data ensuring that it is kept safe, secure and available.
