Description

This is a request for new software to run a pilot, there is no current contract in place: Otter.ai software for 1 year - cost Under 20k for one year trial. If pilot is successful and there is a requirement to rollout further i.e. increase usage and extend beyond the 1 year, the correct procurement route will need to be followed for the wider rollout at that stage. The software allows transcription creation during meetings. The functionality in the software allows for key points/summary to be created automatically and voice tagging to be able to idenfiy voices, accents and indexing. The Trial would take place in three ares of Children and Family services: Conferencing, Review of Arrangement meeting and Strat meetings. This software would save admin time/effort in writing minutes and notes manually which is time consuming and in many cases turnaround times are 24 hours.
