Essex County Council ("the Council") conducted a call-off under the Council's ECF2 framework to procure a supplier to deliver Sustainable Drainage System (SuDS) for schools within Essex excluding the unitary authorities of Thurrock and Southend on Sea. The Council is embarking on the year 2 of Essex Schools' SuDS and Green Infrastructure project to assist schools whose sites have been previously flooded from ordinary watercourse, surface water and ground water.
