The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has extended via exemption the provision of Serious and Complex Crime Investigative training programme with the incumbent supplier, this is due to the tight timescales for delivery of this programme and specialist knowledge of the supplier before this will be re-procured next year.
