High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council are seeking to procure the services of a consultant to develop two separate tourism strategies and action plans, (one for High Peak Borough Council and one for Staffordshire Moorlands District Council). The strategies should engage with a wide range of public, private and third sector stakeholders in setting out a clearly articulated, refreshed vision for driving sustainable, innovative, resilient and inclusive sector recovery and growth. In addition, we require a full review of the current tourism service for Staffordshire Moorlands District Council to understand how it can help support the emerging strategy and drive forward a modern tourism offer.
