The deliverables of this project are identified as follows: 1. To undertake an assessment of a former high street bank premises and design a fully accessible compliant library and information hub, incorporating full adult and children's library, registrar service and office space. 2. To undertake concept design meetings with residents and library users to ensure full consideration of user needs and input following an agreed methodology, recording and collating responses to produce a summary document of findings. 3.
