Programme support for the delivery of a Regulatory Framework for Heat Networks. Expert PMO advice to implement recommendations coming out of a review of the Heat Networks Programme scope, governance and structures. There are 4 broad areas where recommendations have been proposed to be implemented, at pace. The high-level recommendations for implementation are: - defining the scope and objectives of the programme - Identifying and prioritising key milestones and how these link to scope and objectives - Clarifying roles and responsibilities within the team and decision-making framework - Supporting development of stakeholder engagement strategy and target operating model.
