Most Advantageous Tender (MAT), based on 60% Quality 40% cost
Westminster City Council is undertaking a major regeneration programme of the Ebury Bridge Estate. Located in Knightsbridge and Belgravia, Ebury Bridge is one of Westminster City Council’s flagship regeneration projects rejuvenating an existing 1930s estate and transforming it into a sustainable modern neighbourhood. In accordance with DCLG policy, the council is keen to ensure that all Westminster tenants and leaseholders have access to quality independent and impartial advice throughout the regeneration process. Working with existing residents, approximately 50 social tenants and 8 leaseholders have a right to return to the next phase of Ebury (or a later phase if they choose to opt) and are seeking an Independant Tenant Leasehold Advisor (ITLA). The role ITLA is to provide independent and impartial evaluation and advice to enable residents of existing WCC homes to interact fully and play an informed role in the regeneration of their homes and the surrounding neighbourhood specifically for phase 2 of the project.
