The scope of Works for the Ashland, Milton Keynes footpath link refurbishment works comprises the refurbishment of three footpath links (referred to as Footpaths 1-3) and removal of all waste materials. The footpaths are in operation and within the existing public realm. Following completion, the works will be adopted by Milton Keynes City Council.\r \r In summary the scope is anticipated to incorporate the following key elements:\r Preliminaries and welfare;\r Diversion of existing and installation of temporary footpath links;\r Footpath refurbishment works (1-3);\r Reinstatement of temporary/diverted footpath areas; and,\r Completion Additional information: The opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system.
